RENEF READS: Getting to Yes

Here me out, I in no way meant this in the lame "New Year, New Me" context, but 2018 has many new ventures in store for RENEF. As part of my constant desire to grow as a human being and educate others, I have decided to (amongst other things) officially launch a bookclub!! That's right!! The name is "RENEF Reads," which I know is incredibly original and I am beyond ecstatic to actually have a bookclub of my very own! Our official first book is "Getting to YES: Negotiating Agreement Without Giving In" and we will be discussing it at a pending location towards the end of the month!! I chose this book because I feel that we all need to develop and new skill at some point, and this book is a fantastic manual for understanding each side of an argument. Plus, it actually ties into this month's theme and you'll see what I mean later on. Happy reading reader!!
