Purple, Your New Favorite Color, As Told By Rihanna

Searching for brands and celebrities that have recently donned purple in their wardrobe, I came across photographs of Rihanna at Coachella with an enormous, lilac, Marques Almeida coat. It's no mystery that Rihanna can rock anything, which got me wondering: how many more of these purple outfits had she modeled over the years? And as always, she did not disappoint. Rihanna has rocked many a look. From incorporating the color into her Fenty clothing line or rocking lilac hair, she has definitely covered every base. Further proving my point that Rihanna is the perfect candidate to prove that purple is your new must-have color.

Purple, a symbol of royalty both Hollywood and monarchy alike, has been slowly creeping into your favorite stores over the past year. The color is a must-try and it is not too harsh or too light. Purple, ranging in a variety of wearable and easily coordinated tones is without a doubt the color you need to bring a little excitement into your wardrobe. Perfect for the low-risk dresser who wants to walk on the wild side. For example, Lilac is simple yet provides just enough color and it is easily incorporated into any outfit. It hardly ever clashes with anything, which is what makes it so easy to wear!
